Firm, nutty, yeasty and somewhat floral aroma of yellow and red fruits with buttery nuances, tomato-vegetable tones and mushrooms. Ripe, dense, melting fruit, clearly yeasty, nutty and also buttery again, fine, youthful mousseux, vegetal and mushroomy hints, a touch of chocolate, lasting, has substance, smoky traces, certain depth, very good, firm, grippy finish.
