Firm nose, light herbs and spices, partly preserved cherries and mixed berries, delicate floral traces, hint of pomegranate, tarry traces. Firm, ripe and full-bodied on the palate, fairly juicy fruit, delicate acid bite, fairly prominent, generally well integrated tannins, light toasted, nutty, spicy oak, noticeable chocolate, good substance and persistence, herbaceous traces, light mineral notes in the background, some depth, oak and chocolate, ripe and juicy, very slightly astringent on a very good finish.
