Very ripe, partly preserved black berries on the nose, spicy oak, hint of tobacco, dried vegetal notes, very light tarry traces, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, tart and juicy on the palate, smoky oak, nutty aromas, light acid bite, fairly prominent fine, sandy tannins, hint of smoked bacon, persistent and concentrated, earthy and prominent mineral notes, full-bodied, dark chocolate and peppery traces in the background, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, bite and grip on a very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Zart säuerlicher Duft nach eingemachten Kirschen und gemischten Beeren mit rauchigen Holzanklängen, herben Kräuternoten, einer Spur Tabak und erdiger Mineralik. Dicht und saftig im Mund, sehr reife, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht und röstiges Holz mit schokoladigen, rauchigen und dunkel-karamelligen Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ziemlich kräftig, im Hintergrund tabakige Aromen und Mineralik, präsentes, aber mürbes Tannin, spürbarer Alkohol, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
