Preserved black berries on the nose, some cherries and plums, hint of red berries, dried herbs, mineral traces, fairly prominent smoky and roasted notes. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, loads of ripe fruit, smoky and roasted notes, spicy oak, dried herbs, quite fine tannins, good persistence and depth, still quite youthful, complex, tart spice, some oak, juicy on a very good long finish.
