Translate to English Herber, etwas holziger Duft nach teils angetrockneten roten Beeren und Cassis mit tabakigen Aromen, etwas getrockneten Suppenkräutern sowie pilzigen und erdigen Noten. Ziemlich herb im Mund, deutlich holzig, etwas rauchig und rußig, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige Aromen, trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund erdig bis mineralisch, leicht spröder Abgang.

Editor note: Prominent spicy oak and some malted notes on the nose, preserved red berries, prominent vegetal notes, some mushrooms and undergrowth, light smoky notes and mineral traces. Juicy on the palate, fruity with some more malted notes, prominent spicy oak, vegetal notes, undergrowth, earthy and mineral notes, predominantly mature, but partly also slightly astringent tannins, slightly rustic style, creamy and persistent, touch of oak on a good to very good finish.

Editor note: Warm nose, ripe, partly preserved red berries, some vanilla and chocolate, hint of herbs and mineral traces in the background, spicy oak. Firm and full-bodied on the palate, loads of ripe fruit, some spicy oak, also has more vegetal and mineral notes, very fine tannins, good persistence and depth, quite creamy, very good finish.
