Translate to English Etwas animalischer, auch tabakiger und herb-röstiger Duft nach reifen schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit einer Spur Trockenkräuter, etwas Asche und mineralischen Tönen. Herbe, dunkle, saftige Frucht mit viel röstigem Holz, etwas Kräutern und erdigen Noten, präsentes, feines Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, merklicher Säurebiss, gewisse Tiefe, hat Kraft, bleibt aber recht kühl, pfeffrige und salzige Noten, viel Griff, sehr guter, herb-saftiger und rauchiger Abgang.

Editor note: Deep nose with loads of new, sweetish roasted oak, behind this ripe red and black berries as well as preserved sweet cherries, also some mineral notes. Fairly cool in the mouth, oak-dominated, roasted and smoky notes, initially very sandy, astringent, even brittle oak tannins, but juicy fruit develops with long aeration, gains depth and complexity, cool mineral notes in the background, full-bodied, firmly structured and very persistent, very young, still slightly oak-dominated long finish. Needs long aeration.
