Clear, relatively polished, somewhat light-woody scent with citrus and pome fruit aromas, planty nuances and a hint of wax. Tart, almost cool, bright fruit with very fine acidity, delicate grip and again light wood spice, hints of butter in the background, some power and warmth, salty traces, a little smoke and mushrooms, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
