Nutty, somewhat woody-spicy and dried herbal fragrance with rather tart yellow-fruity notes, hinted butter and a certain minerality in the background. Ripe, juicy, very ripe and melted fruit, light, somewhat nutty and a hint of caramel wood spice, fine acidity, a little smoke, earthy to mineral tones, becomes firmer with air and gains depth, very good, melted finish with noticeable alcohol
