Tart, vegetal and somewhat nutty pome and stone fruit aroma with chalky and delicately smoky notes. Ripe, slightly warm fruit, vegetal, nutty tones reminiscent of sesame, fine acidity, grippy on the palate, white pepper and salt in the background, certain persistence, herbaceous spiciness, a hint of wax, good to very good finish with a fine vegetal spiciness.
