Ripe, slightly warm fruit, vegetal, nutty tones reminiscent of sesame, fine acidity, grippy on the palate, white pepper and salt in the background, certain persistence, herbaceous spiciness, a hint of wax, good to very good finish with a fine vegetal spiciness.
