Cool, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to dried herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit, hint of chanterelles and chalky nuances. Clear, firm, juicy fruit with slightly dark berry flavours, a hint of citrus zest and a hint of wasabi, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence and inner strength, salty tones, very good finish with persistence.
