Wine Review Report:

wein.plus rating: excellent (91 WP) What our ratings mean
Last reviewed: 11 February, 2021
Editor note: Delicately nutty, herbal and still a hint of yeasty aroma with light yellow fruity and hints of floral notes as well as mineral hints in the background. Firmly knitted, tangy fruit, nutty and again also very slightly yeasty aromas, very fine, lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, persistent and quite dense on the palate, good depth, clear, light minerality, very delicate wood tones, certain melting, has energy, still rather undeveloped, very good, rather firm finish

Editor note: Fairly deep nose, elegant vegeta notes with a light hint of green asparagus, light yellow fruit aromas, floral traces, light mineral notes. Fresh, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, delicate yeasty andn utty notes, light herbaceous and floral notes, good persistence, some depth, chalky traces in the background, still young, quite firmly structured, but also an elegant style, mineral and jutty notes on a very good, juicy finish. Elegant understatement.

In both places, grape seeds were found that date back to 700 and 900 BC respectively and can clearly be assigned to the species Vitis vinifera. The lifting of the ban on planting vines outside Italy by Emperor Domitian (51-96) by Emperor Probus (232-282) had a positive effect on viticulture. This...
