Slightly developed, firm and deep, somewhat dried floral, herbaceous, nutty and hint of spicy nose of partly crumbly yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of pepper, mushrooms, resin, camomile and chard. Ripe, firm, completely dry fruit with a hint of salted caramel, some nutty and spicy wood notes, coffee, sumatran tobacco, as well as hints of yellow spice and bacon, fine acidity, crumbly tannin, dense and persistent, chalky minerality, a hint of pepper, some depth, very good to long finish with noticeable grip.
