2017 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc trocken "Don't Cry", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light floral notes and ethereal traces, yellow fruit aromas, touch of exotic fruit in the background. Firmly structured but also creamy, concentrated fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, persistent, good substance, full body, integrated tannins provide some grip, noticeable warm alcohol, good depth, hint of mushrooms, light floral and nutty and some more ethereal notes, still undeveloped, very good, firm, warm, aromatic finish.
