Cool, somewhat herbaceous and planty nose of citrus fruits and green berries with some pepper, yeasty and earthy nuances, a hint of capers and elderberry. Straight, tart, fine-juicy fruit with clearly yeasty and also herbal notes, fine acidity, some persistence, a hint of paprika and pepper on the palate, mineral hints, still undeveloped, medium power, good finish
