2015 Süd-Steiermark Sauvignon Blanc Trockenbeerenauslese süß, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Deep and very concentrated, slightly tobacco and candied nutty scent of dried yellow fruits and dried flowers with some caramel and honey. Pure tones, again quite concentrated, dried fruit with herbal, planty and floral aromas, very fine acidity, persistent and firm on the palate, yellow spice, candy notes and caramel, again also honey, in addition also fresh fruity tones, persistent and deep, still very young, salty traces, long, firm, juicy finish with fine honey tones.
