Firm, somewhat dried-vegetable and peppery aroma of predominantly black berries with tart tobacco wood notes, a little dried herbs and bacon. Ripe, slightly warm fruit with toasty and smoky notes, some bacon, tobacco and pepper, some persistence, crumbly-sandy tannin, restrained salty hints, some dark chocolate, very good, warm, very slightly drying finish.
