Tart, somewhat dried-floral and -herbal, also slightly bacony aroma of predominantly dark berries with hints of cherry and a touch of lavender. Ripe, somewhat warm, rather dark fruit, smoky-roasty aromas, a little coffee and pepper, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, dried tomatoes and bacon in the background, melting and toasty finish.
