Clearly developed, dried-floral and slightly waxy nose with warm aromas of ripe yellow fruits, nutty tones and yellow spice. Sweet fruit with nutty, tangy and delicately buttery flavours, moderate acidity, some grip and good persistence, smoky traces, delicately vegetal tones, fine varietal bitterness, medium power, very good finish with ripe sweet juice and tangy spice. Stands once again clearly better than the bottle tasted a few weeks ago.

Editor note: Somewhat muted, developed, nutty, ashy and muesy nose with yellow fruity aromas, a little vine leaf and smoky traces. Warm, soft, sweet fruit, nutty and buttery flavours, moderate acidity, a hint of egg yolk in the background, vegetal notes and hints of yellow spice, some melting and warmth, floral tones, caramel in the background, again also a little smoke and ash, some varietal bitterness, a hint of salt, good to very good, warm, spicy, sweet finish. Much better than in its youth.
