Firm, deep, somewhat smoky nose of blackberries and sour cherries with fleshy-animal nuances, some pepper and hints of tobacco and tar. Firm, tart, juicy, dense and precise, rather cool fruit with lively acidity and youthful, yet extremely fine tannins, slightly smoky and roasted notes, herbs and again clearly pepper, persistent on the palate, deep, with power and tension at the same time, clear minerality, bacony nuances in the background, multi-layered, still young, again a hint of tar, very good, taut, tart-juicy finish with bite and dark spice.
