2021 Grüner Veltliner Reserve trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Quite firm, slightly smoky and nutty-woody aroma with vegetal and ripe yellow fruity aromas and a little yellow spice. Tart fruit with vegetal aromas reminiscent of celery and fennel and again some smoky and nutty wood, slightly peppery in the background, relatively lively acidity, some persistence, bacony and mushroomy nuances, a little salt in the background, still young, good to very good, relatively tight finish with grip.
