Partly dried and candied pomaceous fruit on the nose, light vegetal notes, floral and delicate spicy notes, hint of honey and a touch of frost. Fairly soft, sweet fruit, delicately creamy, light vegetal notes, fairly moderate acidity, slightly persistent, sugar candy, floral traces, not particularly deep, good to very good finish.
