Clear, fresh and polished, fine yellow-fruity nose with herbal, delicately yeasty and hinted smoky notes as well as a little fennel and saffron. Tightly knit, fine juicy fruit with nutty and slightly smoky tones, fresh vegetal tones and some citrus zest, hints of yellow spice on the palate, lively acidity and some grip, good persistence, has tension, chalk and salt in the background, a hint of chervil, still very slightly noticeable sulphur, very good, tight, again smoky finish with bite. Needs to mature a little.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
