Clear, relatively cool, bright, polished nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas, some yeast, a hint of bacon and mineral notes. Firm, undeveloped, light fruit, lots of yeast, some smoke and bacon, clearly vegetable aromas, lively, fine acidity and noticeable touch, lasting, quite strong, herbal and floral nuances, a hint of dark berries, very good, firm, tangy-juicy finish, again with grip
