2018 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner trocken Edelstahl, Fass 500, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Rather firm, emphatically planty nose with light yellow fruity aromas, herbs, a little mustard cucumber as well as yeasty, delicately smoky, chalky and light floral nuances. Ripe, warm, melting and juicy fruit, fine acidity, aromas reminiscent of mustard gherkins again, persistent, relatively compact, touch of ripe tannin, nutty, almost a little woody aromas, still young, a hint of dark berries, noticeable alcohol, very good finish with tart juice and clear minerality
