2017 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner trocken Edelstahl Best of, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, still slightly closed and mud, yeasty notes, light yellow fruit, floral aromas, hint of mushroom, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, elegant, spicy fruit on the palate, creamy, full-bodied, but also has grip, dried vegetal and floral notes, delicate nutty and yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, elegant grip, very elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, persistent, some depth, more mineral notes on a very good, juicy, nutty finish. Significantly better than the first sample.

Tart, restrained fruit on the palate, dried vegetal and earthy notes, hint of tobacco, still slightly muted and astringent, elegant acidity, light bitter touch, creamy and full-bodied, fairly persistent, touch of candied lemon, slightly muted again on a good to very good finish.
