Ripe, juicy, elegant, spicy fruit on the palate, creamy, full-bodied, but also has grip, dried vegetal and floral notes, delicate nutty and yeasty notes, prominent mineral notes, elegant grip, very elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, persistent, some depth, more mineral notes on a very good, juicy, nutty finish. Significantly better than the first sample.
