2017 Sauvignon Blanc trocken Ehl Stahl zweimännerwein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Prominent green vegetal notes on the nose, reminiscent of bell peppers, herbaceous notes, cool yellow and green fruit, light mineral notes, whiff of yellow spice. Clear, fairly polished, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, light peppery notes, light floral traces, hint of black berries, lively, elegant acidity, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, yeasty traces, good to very good tart finish.
