2016 Randersacker Sonnenstuhl Silvaner trocken "Sonnenstuhl", Edelstahl, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Cool nose, elegant herbaceous notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of elderberry, fresh oregano, sweet basil, yeasty and vegetal traces. Tart, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, still slightly closed, prominent yeasty notes, fresh vegetal aromas, earthy and salty notes, lively, elegant acidity, noticeable carbon dioxide, still very slightly muted by tannins, pineapple and lemon notes, fairly persistent, medium body, very light bitter touch, hint of olive oil and white pepper, good to very good firm finish.
