Translate to English Würziger, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher und erdig-mineralischer Kernobst-Melonenduft mit Zitrusnuancen und gemüsigen Anklängen. Saftig und kräftig im Mund, eigentlich viel zu kräftig für einen Kabinett, sehr klare Frucht mit feiner Kräuterwürze und mineralischen Tönen, lebendige, animierende Säure, Schmelz am Gaumen, aber auch Frische, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, trotz des hohen Alkohols gewisses Spiel, sehr harmonisch, guter bis sehr guter Abgang. Warum nennt man so einen Wein Kabinett?
