Fresh, vegetal nose, slightly reminiscent of chives, still slightly yeasty with light pomaceous fruit notes. Straightforward, cool fruit, fresh-vegetable and again delicately yeasty tones, very delicate chive spiciness, fine acidity, hints of sweetish melting, mineral nuances, good, cool finish.
