Tart, restrained, dried vegetal and nutty nose with restrained yellow fruity and slightly earthy notes. Melting and slightly buttery on the palate, yellow fruit with nutty, yeasty and caramel notes, salt and chalky tones in the background, some celery, crumbly-sandy tannin, good to very good, slightly soft, yet again slightly muted finish.
