Quite firm, floral, somewhat ethereal-herbal and slightly almondy nose of yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of lychee and roses. Still youthful, tightly knit, tangy fruit with a delicate melt and a hint of juniper, lively, yet fine acidity, hints of pepper and anise on the palate, has some grip and good persistence, roses and a hint of lavender again in the background, salty and chalky tones, light bitterness of the variety in the very good finish.
