2018 Blauer Silvaner trocken "Familiengewächs Amling", Franconia/Franken, Germany

Relatively cool, planty to herbaceous, floral and slightly yeasty fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas and chalky tones. Bright fruit with yeasty and herbal tones, fine acidity, still some tannin, floral nuances on the palate, quite clear, chalky-salty minerality, sweetish melting and noticeable alcohol, certain persistence, good to very good finish
