Prominent grassy and light earthy notes on the nose, green and white rfruit, some stinging nettle, elderflower and prominent bell peppers. Fruity and green vegetal notes on the palate, elegant acidity, yeasty and floral traces, fairly persistent, more prominent bell peppers, dried vegetal traces and salty traces, light grip, hint of elderflower in the background, polished, good, fairly juicy finish.
