Translate to English Zurückhaltend, noch etwas reduktive, kühle, komplexe Kernobstnase mit zart kräuterigen und floralen Tönen. Am Gaumen sehr geschliffen, beinahe schmeichelnd und dabei nicht schlaff, fast ein wenig glatte, eingemachte Apfelfrucht mit Anklängen an Mandarinen, Zitruszesten und Kräutern, ganz zartes, pikantes Bitter im Hintergrund, merklicher, aber nicht störender Alkohol, recht komplex und schon jetzt ziemlich harmonisch, hat aber noch Zeit, leicht schärfend im sehr guten Abgang.
