2005 Sommerach Katzenkopf Riesling Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Translate to English Gereifte, leicht gemüsige Nase nach eingemachtem Stein- udn Kernobst mit kräuterigen und leicht erdig-mineralischen Tönen sowie einer Spur Karamell. Auch im Mund gereift, nach eingemachter Frucht, etwas Gemüse, ein wenig Karamell udn Heilkräutern, präsente Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, sandiger Gerbstoff am Gaumen, der den Wein ein wenig abstumpft, nicht allzu tief, dabei recht kräftig, im Abgang leicht verschwommen und wieder nachtrocknend.
