2023 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc Gebietswein trocken STK, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, light floral, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and a hint of almond on the nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of white and dark berries. Clear, cool, tart, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of redcurrants and redcurrant leaves, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannins, some persistence, salty and chalky minerality, very good finish with a hint of pepper and hints of rhubarb.
