Relatively cool, light smoky, bacony, somewhat vegetal to herbaceous and hint of nutty notes on the nose, yellow fruit with a hint of fennel. Clear, firm, rather tart cassis fruit with slightly spicy oak notes and a hint of light flowers, lively acidity, has grip, good persistence, fresh green-vegetable flavours, clear, salty and chalky minerality, hints of radish and hazelnuts on a very good, firm finish.
