Somewhat nutty aroma with fine pome fruit and citrus flavours, a hint of vanilla, smoke and avocado. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit, again with nutty and light woody tones, a hint of butter and vanilla on the palate, relatively lively, very fine acidity, delicate grip, animatingly cool, again reminiscent of avocado, vegetal and light mineral tones, very good finish with polish and delicate smoky tones.
