2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Schusterberg Sauvignon Blanc Erste STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Herbal-vegetable and slightly fennel-like citrus-stone fruit nose with green-fruity nuances, a hint of tobacco, some yellow spice, smoky hints, a little mushroom and mineral notes. Relatively cool, tart fruit, lively acidity and noticeable tannic grip, clearly planty to herbal aromas, a little currant leaf and also blackberry nuances, with air some passion fruit, persistent, clear minerality, very good, tight finish with grip, bite and slightly ethereal notes.
