Quite firm, somewhat dried-floral, yellow-spicy, nutty and vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries. Clear, tightly knit fruit with cool vegetal flavours, lively acidity, has some grip, good persistence, citrus zest in the background, hints of pepper and sage, salty and chalky minerality, some warmth, very good finish with bite.
