Quite firm and deep, clearly floral-perfumed, yet cool, somewhat nutty and vegetal nose of ripe yellow and white fruits with slightly chalky and ethereal-herbal hints. Ripe, again firm, tart fruit with nuances reminiscent of beeswax, floral tones and a hint of earth, very fine, lively acidity, delicate melt, mixed berries and mint in the background, hints of pepper and tobacco, very light tannic grip and good persistence, still a little muted, certain depth, a hint of candy and salt in the very good, melting, again also white-fruity finish
