Slightly nutty, yeasty and somewhat floral pome fruit nose with red berry nuances. Tart, restrained fruit, clearly nutty aromas, yeast and slightly smoky-woody and tobacco notes, medium-fine perlage, good persistence, noticeable tannic grip, good to very good, tart, very slightly drying finish
