Translate to English Etwas vegetabiler und nussiger Kernobstduft mit zart erdigen und ganz leicht holzig wirkenden Tönen. Zart schmelzige Frucht im Mund, etwas vegetabil und kräuterig und wieder auch nussig bis leicht holzig, feine Säure, eine Spur Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit hefigen Anklängen. Braucht noch ein paar Wochen Flaschenreife.
