Sweetish nose, light volatile and lactic notes, vegetal notes, preserved and candied yellow fruit, yellow spice and floral notes, dried salted lemons, hint of honey, light nutty oak. Full-bodied, partly candied sweetish fruit on the palate, nutty oak, vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, yeasty and delicate earthy notes, fairly prominent and also fairly fine tannins, good substance and persistence, hint of dark berries, delicate bitter touch in the background, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, mature but at the same time rather wild style, very unusual, butter notes and creamy caramel on a very good finish.
