Relatively cool, firm, somewhat nutty, herbal and floral core and stone fruit scent with a hint of fennel, rhubarb and white berries. Straightforward, slightly sweet fruit with delicate melting and a hint of cassis, lively acidity, hints of medicinal herbs and some smoke, light tannic grip and good persistence, a hint of salt in the very good, slightly nutty finish
