Dried, planty and a little nutty aroma with restrained, tart, rather bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of root vegetables and smoky nuances. Ripe, rather firm, tart-juicy fruit, some herbal spice, nutty and smoky tones, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, hints of nut butter on the palate, certain warmth, good persistence and substance, still rather young, very good, somewhat melting finish with tart mineral and again slightly smoky tones.

Editor note: Somewhat asparagus-vegetable nose with quite fine yellow and green fruity aromas, a little fennel and elderflower. Clear, juicy, rather calm fruit, slightly yeasty notes as well as nutty wood and buttery notes, fine acidity, some grip, elderflower and lots of fennel on the palate, a little pepper, quite clear minerality, compact structure, good depth, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish with some melting
