Dried, planty and a little nutty aroma with restrained, tart, rather bright yellow fruity aromas, a hint of root vegetables and smoky nuances. Ripe, rather firm, tart-juicy fruit, some herbal spice, nutty and smoky tones, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, hints of nut butter on the palate, certain warmth, good persistence and substance, still rather young, very good, somewhat melting finish with tart mineral and again slightly smoky tones.
