Light amber. Cool, firm and deep nose with slightly nutty, mushroomy and dried herbal hints as well as a touch of red berries, pear and some dark minerality. Firm, ripe fruit with delicately creamy, very fine and at the same time lively acidity, noticeably ripe tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, smoky wood flavours in the background, some depth, hints of juniper, pepper and some nut butter, lots of chalky and earthy minerality, despite all power also cool nuances, very good, again grippy finish
