Light amber. Quite firm and deep, floral, somewhat yellow-spicy and herbaceous aroma of mellow yellow fruits with a hint of lychee and nuances reminiscent of roses and acacia honey. Firm and tart in the mouth, ripe, slightly warm, rather restrained fruit with a hint of candy and slightly blackberry aromas, tart nut tones, fine acidity, noticeable tannic grip, good persistence, caramel and tobacco in the background, hints of medicinal herbs, some varietal bitterness, salty and earthy minerality, very good, grippy and slightly spicy finish with bite
