Firm, nutty nose, light floral and vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, pomaceous fruit and a whiff od citrus, herbaceous traces. Firm on the palate, dry, creamy, nutty fruit, yeasty and elegant vegetal aromas, persistent and gripping, still largely undeveloped, some depth, earthy and light chalky mineral notes in the background, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, clearly shows its origin, polished, buttery traces on a very good finish.
