Translate to English Noch recht deutlich hefiger, ein wenig parfümierter Kernobstduft mit leicht an Peperoni erinnernden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, nussigen Tönen, etwas Kräutern, einem Hauch Butter sowie floralen und mineralischen Noten. Herb und ziemlich kräftig im Mund, noch unentwickelte Frucht, viel Hefe und wieder auch Butter, nussig und etwas vegetabil, florale Töne, wieder leicht parfümiert wirkend, sehr feine Säure, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige Noten im Hintergrund, spürbarer Alkohol, nicht ewig tief, kühlende mineralische Anklänge im Hintergrund, krautige Nuancen, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, eher rustikale Art, guter Abgang. Muss noch etwas reifen.
